Hegi Research Corp. was founded in 2001 to offer the services of Independent Clinical Research Consultants [CRAs] to the Pharmaceutical Industry and Contract Research Organisations [CROs].

Our founder, Christine Hegi, RN, CCRP, has extensive clinical research experience as Global Project Leader on several large, multinational, phase II and III projects and has worked in all phases of drug and device development.

Our qualified CRAs have significant industry experience and proven track records in site management and relationships.

To clinical research sites we offer a revolutionary concept in Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs]. Our set of printed manuals and electronic disk are compliant to the International Conference on Harmonisation guidelines for Good Clinical Practice [ICH GCP] and the Canadian and USA regulatory agencies.

In addition, the SOPs are designed to function as a training or orientation manual and we offer training seminars or individual guidance on the development and implementation of SOPs at the site level.

Located in Calgary, HRC has easy accessibility to western USA and Canada from Calgary's international airport. The fully equipped office offers administrative assistance with communications, document control and clinical supplies.
